1. Refund window
If you're not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase.
2. How to request a refund
Email hello@vibevisualizer.com with your order number (from your purchase confirmation), or request it directly through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, using the link in your purchase email. Because Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record, approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.
3. Subscriptions
You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals; cancelling keeps your access until the end of the current paid period. Refunds for a renewal payment follow the same 14-day window from the date of that charge.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are typically processed within a few business days; it may take additional time for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
