- Account & contact information — your name and email address, provided when you purchase or contact support.
- Payment information — handled entirely by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (see §4). We do not receive or store your full card number; we receive only order confirmation details (e.g. your email, country, and license/subscription status).
- License & usage data — your license key and its activation status (e.g. number of devices activated), so the app can verify your license.
- Basic technical data — when you visit the website, standard server/analytics data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
- Audio is processed locally and never collected. Vibe Visualizer reacts to sound through your microphone, but that audio is analyzed on your own device in real time and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted to us or anyone else.
3. Why we use it (legal bases)
- To provide the Service and your license (performance of our contract with you).
- To process payments and prevent fraud (contract + legitimate interest).
- To provide support and send essential service messages (contract + legitimate interest).
- To operate and improve the website (legitimate interest).
- Where required, with your consent (e.g. optional marketing email).
4. How we share information
- Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record) processes payments, billing, and tax, and is the seller of record for your transaction. Your payment and order data are handled under Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy.
- Service providers who help us operate (e.g. website hosting, email delivery, analytics), acting on our instructions.
- Legal reasons — if required by law or to protect our rights.
- We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data retention
We keep account, order, and license records for as long as your subscription is active and afterward only as long as needed for legal, accounting, and support purposes, then delete or anonymize them.
